These larger-than-life dreams cost a max of $5,000, and have included a trip to Indy 500 Practice Day, a Hot Air Balloon Ride, Skydiving, and meeting KISS. If it’s on a senior’s bucket list, we can help make it happen!
Some dreams are even sweeter when they’re shared with friends. Group Dreams consist of 20-200 people, and often involve partnerships with outside organizations. These dreams have included a VIP trip on the Belle of Louisville, a Detroit Tigers Game, and Tethered Hot Air Balloon Experiences.
We’re proud to partner with Honor Flight to fulfill the dreams of seniors who have served our country. Live a Dream will pay for guardians to accompany senior veterans on these special trips to Washington, D.C., which include deluxe tour bus service, meals, snacks, souvenirs and more.
John Schwab is a long-time fan of the Toledo Mud Hens, a minor league baseball team based in Ohio. He hadn’t missed a game for years but was unable to keep the same attendance rate as the years went on.
For his dream, he wanted to attend another game with his friends, and with the help of The Meadows of Leipsic were able to make that happen! The team mascot even came by for a visit and pictures. The Mud Hens won, and the day was finished with a lovely firework show.
